Imagine there is a book in which every person on the planet is represented. 8 billion representations of 8 billion humans. By fitting 5.000 people-icons on one page (A4 size) this book would consist of 1,6 million pages. To make things easier and go with the existing human organisation principle, the book is split up in several books according to nation states.

Still the book for China will be about 18 meters thick but the inhabitants of small countries like Austria fit in a 9 cm thick volume. To enable easier handling of the books, divisions in provinces and districts are allowed.

If ever realized, this library needs a librarian who constantly works on updating the volumes. The book of India for example grows with about 8 pages per day.
